Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough examinations, evaluations, and interventions to develop and implement effective physical therapy programs.
  • Utilize a range of tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions, ensuring the highest level of care and safety.
  • Document client information, establish therapeutic plans, and modify them as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate clients and their families about treatment plans, schedules, and self-exercises to be continued at home.
  • Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in physical therapy, incorporating this knowledge into daily treatment.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Supervise and mentor assistants, aides, and students as needed.
Requirements:
  • Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure.
  • Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state(s) of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
