Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lash Extension Specialist to join our team. As a Lash Extension Specialist, you will be responsible for creating excellent experiences for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude, educating guests on proper care of lashes and recommending exclusive after-care products, and performing high-quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services.

Responsibilities

• Understand and promote products and memberships
• Perform high-quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
• Generate new clientele through our referral programs
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment

Requirements

• Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• Customer service-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
