Job Summary

BayMark Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our patients, employees, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Protective Services: Ensure the overall safety and security of our facilities, including the protection of patients, employees, and visitors.
  • Incident Response: Respond to and report critical incidents, including those that occur in the parking lot or on premises.
  • Security Checks: Perform regular security checks of the facility to prevent damage and destruction.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with local authorities and cooperate with them in emergency situations.
  • Documentation: Accurately document incidents and report them to the Operations Director and/or Clinic Director.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of prior experience in an office/clinic setting.
  • Training: Training from a law enforcement school or other security training is strongly preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to establish a positive rapport with patients, demonstrate a non-judgmental and accepting attitude, and maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Certifications: Satisfactory drug screen and background check.
