The Rainforest Alliance is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Employee Experience and People Data to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for formulating the strategy for Compensation, Analytics, and People Processes, and contributing to the implementation and realization of the organization's HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Design and implement analytics and reporting tools to measure HR metrics and inform business decisions.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR processes and systems to support employee experience and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support to HR colleagues and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of HR initiatives.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation, analytics, and people processes.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
