Job Title: Senior Data Analytics Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analytics Manager to join our team at Coty US LLC. As a key member of our Central Digital team, you will be responsible for leading advanced data science projects, developing scalable models, and extracting business insights to drive intelligence from our data.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive intelligence from our data (predictive & prescriptive areas) by running complex projects and utilizing advanced algorithms to extract insights for business value.
* Oversee advanced data science model development across all data analytics domains.
* Execute complex queries on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AMC for data analysis within the Data Hub specs.
* Collaborate with teams to define project requirements and align with strategic goals.
* Provide expertise and guidance on data science topics to stakeholders.
* Develop scalable data science solutions for reliable production deployment.
* Collaborate with our econometrics and data agencies to meet the needs of our marketing and digital teams.

Requirements:

* Professional with 5+ years of experience in data science applied for marketing.
* Proficiency in data analytics platforms, database, & computation, visualization tools (SQL, Python, Databricks, Jupyter Notebooks, R, Github, etc).
* Proficiency in statistical analysis and data modeling.
* Expertise in data interpretation and deriving actionable insights.
* Strong mathematical and quantitative skills.
* Proficiency in analytics software & experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
* Deep understanding of marketing mix modeling techniques.
* Knowledge of media planning and buying processes.
* Understanding of media data technologies and tools.
* Degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, or Economics.
* Entrepreneurial and proactive, outside-of-the-box thinking.
* Highly disciplined and rigorous.
* Good project management skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to convey and package technical findings in layman's terms.
* Very good level of English written and orally. French is a plus.

Salary:

$140,000-$160,000 + bonus
