As a Clinical Quality Associate, you will provide administrative support to the Clinical Quality Manager and Office, ensuring the development and refinement of current processes to meet our quality goals.
The Clinical Quality Office is responsible for maintaining a pulse on all clinical aspects throughout the practice, implementing mechanisms to correct issues affecting patient care and safety, and collecting and analyzing clinical data. This role requires an individual who can work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative to manage databases, collect and collate data, and investigate and resolve patient and client complaints.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience, with 2+ years of work experience in a healthcare-related field. Knowledge of medical terminology and medical coding is valuable but not required. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to adapt to change while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain databases and files
- Collect and collate data
- Investigate and resolve patient and client complaints
- Provide administrative/data support to the Clinical Quality Manager and Office
- Manage the Salesforce dashboard and queue
- Manage patient requests, privacy events, reportable events, wrong notes, provider requests, and patient abuse cases
- Triages and manages client requests
- Manage and analyze data related to clinical quality and patient events
