Project Manager

The Alliance for Clinical Trials in Oncology Foundation is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Operations department, you will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and oversight of assigned clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the development, implementation, and oversight of assigned clinical trials
- Interact with pharmaceutical industry partners, vendors, investigative sites, and physicians to ensure successful trial execution
- Assist with the design, planning, implementation, conduct, and management of clinical studies from initiation through completion
- Represent the Clinical Operations department on cross-functional project teams and liaise with medical, statistical, regulatory, quality, and financial personnel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical, academic research organization, or clinical research organization research and project management
- Excellent project management skills, including meeting project timelines and budgets
- Prior experience in the design, planning, and implementation of clinical trials from initiation through completion
- Solid understanding of the drug development process, including GCP and FDA Code of Federal Regulations
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in oncology research
- Proficiency in EDC, eTMF, and CTMS systems
