Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager at Arena Club will be responsible for driving aggressive month-over-month sales growth through digital marketing tactics like influencer partnerships, email marketing, and PPC advertising. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to execute compelling marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with brand and digital teams across all business areas to ensure marketing alignment
  • Analyze sales performance and provide detailed insights for strategic decisions
  • Work with creative leads to develop marketing campaigns aligned with the brand's vision
  • Create data-driven reports to improve future marketing efforts
  • Identify and implement site optimization opportunities to boost user experience and conversion rates
  • Manage the production of high-quality creative deliverables for campaigns
  • Coordinate with designers, influencers, and external partners to ensure timely project delivery
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies, including customer journey mapping
  • Manage a testing roadmap to catch errors before launch
  • Oversee asset creation and management for activations, ensuring alignment with campaign goals
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on driving sales and growth
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce
  • Extensive experience with Google Analytics and other analytical tools
  • Trading card collector or hobbyist (preferred)
  • Follows major US professional sports (NBA, NFL, & MLB)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data insights
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to execute compelling marketing strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing freelancers and third-party vendors
