Case Management Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Case Management Director to join our team at Medstar. As a key member of our Case Management department, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to our case management team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and efficient utilization of resources.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction to the case management team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and efficient utilization of resources.
- Develop and implement case management policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring effective coordination of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze patient data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize resource utilization and improve patient outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor case management staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
- 3-4 years of relevant acute care work experience required.
- 2-3 years of case management experience preferred.
- 2-3 years of progressive leadership experience preferred.
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure in the District of Columbia or Maryland depending on work location required.
- CCM - Certified Case Manager preferred.
We offer a competitive salary range of $100,588 - $180,419, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
