We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Case Manager to join our team at TotalMed Case Management Staffing. As a Travel Nurse RN Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and managing patient cases in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care and manage patient cases in a travel nursing setting
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient needs
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the United States
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Travel Nurse RN Case Manager
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of case management principles and practices
