**Job Title:** Healthcare Project Manager

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year

At STRUCTURE RESOURCES LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Project Manager to lead our healthcare construction projects in San Diego, CA.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of project management experience in construction, including OSHPD/HCAI healthcare projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software (Viewpoint), and scheduling software (Primavera) is required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting goals for safety, quality, cost, and schedule
  • Leading pre-construction services, including budgeting, scheduling, and planning
  • Collaborating with the VP of Operations to ensure proper staffing
  • Managing project finances, including job margin analysis and change orders
  • Developing and monitoring project schedules and reporting on performance
  • Supervising project teams and ensuring efficient resource allocation
  • Ensuring adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards
  • Maintaining positive relationships with clients, architects, and contractors
  • Overseeing project close-out and handover

A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is required. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential for this role.
