Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:
Appcast is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team. As an Implementation Consultant, you will work closely with our account management and sales teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation and go-live. You will be responsible for interacting with customers to gather necessary information, creating detailed implementation documents, and collaborating with internal teams to drive a consistent, high-quality experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as point of contact internally and externally for assigned implementations and projects.
- Interact with customers to gather all necessary information, including technical requirements for implementations.
- Create detailed implementation documents for each customer to ensure a seamless transition from sales through implementation and go-live.
- Work with internal partners to constantly identify ways to improve and streamline the implementation process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive a consistent, high-quality experience for our customers throughout the implementation process.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience placing the needs of the team and client above self.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Disciplined, self-starter with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relay information quickly.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer service and/or software implementation, preferably in the Talent Acquisition industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
