Job Title: Medical Device Trainer

About the Role:
The ZOLL LifeVest division is seeking an experienced Medical Device Trainer to train patients on the use and care of our lifesaving technology. As a trainer, you will work with patients at risk for sudden cardiac arrest, providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to use the device effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Contact caregivers and family to schedule services
  • Train the patient and other caregivers in the use of the LifeVest
  • Program the device according to the prescribing physician's orders
  • Measure the patient and determine correct garment size
  • Review paperwork with the patient and transmit signed documents to ZOLL within 24 hours
  • Manage device and garment inventory

Requirements:
  • 1 year of patient care experience in a paid professional environment
  • Documentation of patient care experience on resume
  • Completion of background check
  • Disclosure of personal NPI number (if applicable)
  • Valid driver's license and car insurance or valid state ID

Compensation:$30/hour + annual DME fee of $30
