Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $50,000 per year (based on a 40-hour workweek)

Responsibilities

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the leasing process and ensuring timely rent collection
  • Communicating effectively with tenants, prospects, and vendors
  • Marketing the community and its amenities to attract new residents
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure the community meets our standards
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of multifamily property management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Administrative and organizational abilities
  • A professional image

  • Ability to operate computers and other technological devices
  • Comfortable working in a team environment
