Our Team

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Cashier and Barista. As a member of our team, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Take direction from the Assistant and General Managers.
  • Serve as a retail ambassador for the Twice Daily and White Bison brands.
  • Perform basic math functions to collect payments, make accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
  • Report to work on time, ready to work scheduled shift.
  • Keep the store and bar area clean and orderly, including bathrooms and fuel dispensers.
  • Maintain stock of clean mugs, plates, and necessary equipment.
  • Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report and maintenance necessary needs.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Answer guests' questions regarding ingredients and maintain a proficient knowledge of food intolerances and allergies.
  • Take orders, paying attention to small details and requests.
  • Prepare beverages following recipes and requests.
  • Serve beverages and prepare hot/cold food such as cookies, pastries, and muffins.
  • Participate in stocking of items and marketing promotion efforts.
  • Memorize product locations throughout the store and guide customers while providing suggestions, as needed.

Requirements

  • 18+ years of age.
  • Must be able to serve guests, communicate, and handle cash transactions effectively.
  • Must be accountable, reliable, and punctual.
  • Must have sufficient visual ability to check identification and process credit cards.
  • Must be able to lift/stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
