Job Title: Contract Manager

Yulista Holding LLC is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team in Huntsville, AL.

Job Summary:

The Contract Manager will be responsible for supervising Contract Administrators in managing various complex government or commercial contracts. This includes providing guidance, training, and oversight to ensure compliance with Calista and Yulista Corporate policies, procedures, and work instructions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign and balance workloads of Contract Administrators as required for project needs.
  • Work with the Director of Contracts to ensure required compliance reporting has been prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Manage activities associated with contracts from the proposal phase through contract close, including leading contract discussions and negotiations.
  • Write, Negotiate, Issue, and Manage company subcontracts and agreements.
  • Prepare and approve PO(s) as needed.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • 8-10 years direct experience in contract management and administration.
  • Contracts manager Certification (CFCM or CPCM) desired.
  • Extensive knowledge of FAR & DFAR requirements and skilled at researching and interpreting regulation and legalese.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent ability to work within a team, fostering teamwork and trust with both external and internal customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Calista shareholders and their descendants.
  • Shareholders of other corporations created pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act.
