- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of patient care, including medication management and compliance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree (or equivalent FPGE)
- Current Pharmacy license by job entry date
- Preferred: Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program
