Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Palliative Care to join our team. As a palliative care nurse, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, creating personalized care plans, and coordinating with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Your expertise will enable us to deliver high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each patient.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* A graduate degree from an accredited nursing school and current RN licensure
* Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in hospice care
* Reliable transportation and physical ability to lift at least 25 pounds
