The Front Desk Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area at Paragon Hotel. This includes managing guest check-in and check-out processes, handling guest requests and concerns, and maintaining accurate records of guest stays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations to ensure efficient and courteous guest service
- Handle guest requests and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, including room assignments and check-in/check-out times
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
