Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Unit Facilities Operations Manager to join our Business Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on a leadership role and make a significant contribution to our organization's success.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our managed services to clients across various industries. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, they will work closely with our internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and supervising functions and activities of the department; establishing work standards and workflow; ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies; controlling expenses within area of responsibility; continuously reviewing procedures and implementing improvements when applicable;

What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in facilities management, excellent written and verbal communication skills, client relations and customer service-oriented skills, team leadership abilities, staffing recruiting, development, and relations skills, strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
