Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide essential support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations within the office. This role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and assisting staff members to enhance productivity and ensure the organization runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
