Business Development Director

The General Manager is responsible for driving business growth and profitability through strategic planning and direction. This role oversees the entire business operation, ensuring the company's objectives are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve profit and loss goals.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure effective inventory control, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement programs.
- Evaluate and develop staff and leadership to increase management effectiveness.
- Communicate company values, strategies, and objectives to employees and stakeholders.
- Develop strategic goals by studying technology and financial opportunities, and recommend ideas for growth.
- Create action plans for departments, including design, production, and sales.
- Build company image by collaborating with customers, community organizations, and employees.
- Previous truss manufacturing management experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Additional qualifications include successfully passing 84's pre-employment process, including math, PSI, and drug tests, as well as a background check.
