Licensed Practical Nurse

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care and support our team of healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and be able to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
- Perform interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies and patient care outcome standards.
- Revises the plan of care according to evaluation, changes in medical plan of care, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions.
- Use clinical judgment in evaluation activities to meet patient care needs of an assigned unit/floor, including establishing priorities.
Requirements:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred.
