Position Overview: Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Greenwood Roof Services. This role is pivotal in fostering relationships and driving growth within the roofing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients in your designated territory.
  • Meet and surpass sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Act as a proactive representative of our services, effectively communicating and promoting our offerings.
  • Consult with clients to recommend roofing system repairs that align with their requirements and industry standards.
  • Participate in trade shows, expos, and marketing events to enhance our market visibility.
  • Generate leads for repair and service projects through cold calling, referrals, account management, and networking.
  • Utilize our Sales CRM for account management, scheduling, proposal creation, and tracking sales activities.
  • Employ our Service CRM to evaluate roof conditions in the field and create detailed repair proposals.
  • Engage in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities through manufacturer seminars and conferences.
  • Accurately assess existing roof conditions and devise effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure project success and provide necessary support.
  • Assist with account receivables as directed by management.
