Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct activities that enhance business performance, drive revenue growth, and improve client satisfaction. Collaborate with the Branch Manager to ensure that advisor business strategies are effectively executed and marketing initiatives are monitored.
  • Support advisors in client engagement by preparing comprehensive financial plans, conducting thorough investment analysis, and facilitating trades and transactions. Manage client meeting logistics, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up processes.
  • Analyze and manage branch performance metrics. Review financial reports, monitor budgeting processes, and identify opportunities for cost efficiency. Work alongside the Registered Principal to ensure compliance standards are met and training requirements are fulfilled.
  • Lead, mentor, and provide performance feedback to your team. Collaborate with senior leadership to assess staffing needs and oversee the recruitment and allocation of personnel.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 - 7 years of relevant operational management experience.
  • Possession of Series 7 license or the ability to obtain it within a specified timeframe.
  • State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or the ability to obtain it within a specified timeframe.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with a solid understanding of HR policies and labor regulations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to inspire team performance.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with robust analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Proficient in standard business software applications and able to work collaboratively within a team.
