Your Responsibilities:

If you have a passion for food and can foster a welcoming atmosphere, this role is for you. Candidates should possess at least one year of recent experience in a high-volume dining environment. Strong English communication skills and a commitment to teamwork are essential. Candidates must be comfortable standing for extended periods and able to lift up to 40 pounds. Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Surpass standards to deliver an exceptional fine dining experience
  • Familiarize yourself with every dish on the menu, including ingredients, proper presentation, and timing
  • Prioritize orders to ensure timely preparation
  • Assist in the final touches and garnishing of dishes
  • Communicate effectively with food runners and servers to guarantee prompt and accurate delivery
  • Relay critical information between kitchen and front-of-house staff regarding guest requests or concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line and surrounding areas
  • Signal kitchen stations for every 30-minute line drill
  • Exhibit superior communication skills and a strong sense of urgency
  • Collaborate closely with chefs and back-of-house staff
  • Support the kitchen in daily preparations for service
