We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee our financial operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in financial management, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads and executive team members to develop and manage annual budgets. Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and forecast future financial performance.
  • Cash Management: Oversee cash flow management, including daily cash balance monitoring and future cash needs forecasting. Implement strategies to optimize cash flow and liquidity.
  • Financial Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial data. Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Tax Compliance: Coordinate with external tax advisors to ensure compliance with all tax regulations. Accurately prepare and file tax returns in a timely manner.
  • Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Monitor insurance coverage and assess the adequacy of risk management practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA designation preferred.
  • Proven experience in a financial management role, preferably as an Accounting Manager.
  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (GAAP).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with Infor Visual ERP or other manufacturing ERP is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 per year.
