Job Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Management: Collaborate with the Executive Director to manage budget activities, including processing, approving, and reconciling financial transactions. Conduct trend analyses and provide recommendations based on findings.
  2. Budget Development: Assist in the creation and presentation of complex budgets and financial projections. Support the preparation of long-term financial plans and annual spending reviews.
  3. Operational Support: Work alongside Career Success leadership to facilitate event planning and manage emergency procedures. Oversee IT system maintenance and coordinate necessary repairs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with financial planning and budget tracking.
  • Attention to detail and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of university financial systems.
  • Understanding of general accounting principles.

Special Conditions:
