Compensation: Starting at $25.00 per hour

Easterseals Florida is on the lookout for a compassionate and skilled LPN to enhance our Adult Day Healthcare program. You will be part of a vibrant team serving an average of 25 clients daily, fostering a supportive and enjoyable atmosphere.

Your Role:

  • Conduct health assessments and provide nursing services to participants.
  • Deliver exceptional care and customer service in a person-centered environment.
  • Coordinate admissions and discharges, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Schedule medical appointments and arrange transportation as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and monitor participant health trends, escalating concerns as needed.
  • Support program staff with clinical insights and training.
  • Educate participants and their families on health, wellness, and available resources.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Florida LPN license.
  • Minimum of one year of experience with individuals with disabilities or the elderly.
