Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join ZOLL LifeVest as a Patient Service Representative in an independent contractor role. As a key member of our team, you will train patients on the use and care of the LifeVest, ensuring they receive life-saving therapy.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of patient care experience and be willing to accept assignments that may include daytime, evenings, and weekends. You will work with patients and their caregivers to ensure they understand the device and its proper use.

Responsibilities
  • Contact patients and their caregivers to schedule services
  • Train patients and other caregivers in the use of LifeVest
  • Program LifeVest according to physician's orders
  • Measure patients and determine correct garment size
  • Review paperwork with patients and transmit signed copies to ZOLL
  • Manage device and garment inventory
Qualifications
  • 1 year of patient care experience in a paid professional environment
  • Documented patient experience on resume
  • Background check completion (including level 2 screening for FL and OH candidates)
  • Personal NPI number disclosure (if applicable)
  • Valid driver's license and car insurance or state ID
  • $30 annual DME fee deduction from completed Work Orders
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Your compensation will be determined based on your experience, location, and the specific requirements of each assignment.
