Key Responsibilities:

  • Support energy planning, including the creation of installation Energy and Water Plans.
  • Conduct energy audits and propose energy conservation measures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in managing energy services contracts.
  • In-depth understanding of Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC), Utility Energy Services Contracts (UESC), and Energy Resilience and Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP) projects.
  • Current Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification or the ability to obtain it within six months.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with energy service companies (ESCO).
  • Familiarity with Department of Defense energy management standards.
  • Experience in conducting design reviews and developing energy resilience projects, including onsite renewable energy integration, energy storage, and microgrids.
  • Knowledge of decarbonization and electrification strategies to minimize greenhouse gas emissions.
