Job Title: Consumer Loan Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver results-driven sales performance to meet individual and branch goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan process and life cycle
  • Present financial solutions tailored to customers' needs and goals
  • Educate customers on loan terms and conditions to ensure a clear understanding
  • Partner with local businesses to identify and develop new customers
  • Utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive success
  • Manage the loan life cycle, including collections activities, while complying with all laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience; Bilingual - Spanish
