About the Role

As a Cashier at SP+ Corporation, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.



Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:


  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction meets the SP+ Promise of making every moment matter.
  • Handling cash transactions, making change, and issuing receipts or tickets to customers.
  • Counting and securing cash, as well as maintaining the accuracy of transactions.
  • Operating a cash register, calculating costs, and displaying transaction information.
  • Assisting customers with directions and providing information about parking services.
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the booth and surrounding area.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift light objects.
