Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Credit Processor/Operations:

  • Ensuring the safekeeping of original loan documentation for all active loans.
  • Maintaining the precision of the document tracking system.
  • Conducting vault audits to verify the completeness of document files for each loan.
  • Requesting appraisals and monitoring the status of reports.
  • Creating and updating reminders for UCC filings and other monitored documents.
  • Preparing lien releases and dispatching paid notes.
  • Managing HMDA reportable loan files.
  • Retiring loans that have been paid off from the document system.
  • Providing assistance to the Loan Documentation Manager as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in banking or clerical roles.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Understanding of loan documentation and administrative processes.
