Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all facets of accounting operations, encompassing accounts payable and receivable, while providing assistance to tax professionals.
  • Formulate and enforce financial policies and procedures.
  • Generate financial statements and reports for upper management.
  • Guarantee adherence to all regulatory standards.
  • Examine financial data and deliver insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Manage accounting personnel and offer training as necessary.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or finance-related positions.
  • Extensive knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
  • Experience with budgeting, double-entry bookkeeping, and general ledger accounting.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks.
  • Prior experience in leasing is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 annually
