Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide exceptional post-surgical care to our clients. This role demands a high level of clinical expertise and a commitment to delivering personalized, concierge-level service.

  • Essential Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from surgery, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Work independently and diligently follow physician instructions, adhering to established protocols and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers, maintaining clear and concise documentation.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in surgical wound care, medication administration, and other post-operative procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
  • Proven experience providing post-surgical care in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for client visits.
