Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are looking for a skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at K.A. Recruiting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to patients in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a Master's Degree in Nursing with certification as a PMHNP or a graduate of a certified Physician Assistant program. Two plus years of experience working as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is preferred. Current licensure to practice psychiatric nursing in Massachusetts is required, as well as experience in community healthcare and reliable transportation to travel between sites.
Responsibilities- Provide direct clinical service to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with the supervising psychiatrist and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to the development of programming as needed.
- Provide clinical supervision to interns and staff, and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
