Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing comprehensive healthcare services to individuals and families across all ages and genders. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development.

  • Provide direct clinical services to patients
  • Provide clinical supervision to interns and staff
  • Participate in quality improvement activities
  • Collaborate with the supervising psychiatrist to deliver high-quality care

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a Master's Degree in Nursing with certification as a PMHNP or a graduate of a certified Physician Assistant program. A minimum of two years of experience working as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is preferred. Current licensure to practice psychiatric nursing in Massachusetts is required. Additionally, the candidate must have reliable transportation to travel between sites and experience in community healthcare is a plus.
