Key Responsibilities:

  • Material Distribution: Assist in the distribution of materials for GMP operations, adhering to approved procedures and protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Reconcile inventory discrepancies, conduct cycle counts, and investigate root causes of inventory deficiencies.
  • Labeling and Accountability: Ensure proper labeling and accountability of materials, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Documentation Review: Review and verify GMP documentation associated with material control, including material specifications, inspection forms, and inventory records.
  • Receipt and Inspection: Participate in the receipt of all GMP materials, rectifying discrepancies and verifying vendor documentation against company requirements.
  • Shipping and Logistics: Ensure alignment with applicable procedures for the shipment of CRT, Ambient, and Cold-Chain materials.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA to quarantine and release GMP materials on time, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Warehouse Organization: Contribute to the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the training of junior personnel, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess the Materials Control operation and provide recommendations for improvement, enhancing process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Inventory Records: Compile and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.
  • Deviation and CAPA: Understand and apply deviation and CAPA procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Process Quality Controls: Understand and apply process quality controls that support raw material integrity, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Catalent Material Management: Take receipt and inventory control of Catalent-generated material, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Internal Audits: Assist with performing internal audits, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education: GED or High School Diploma required.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of general warehouse experience.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods, with the ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
