About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technology Risk Consulting Supervisor to join our Global Banking practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and executing project-based work, mentoring staff, and providing performance feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute project-based work with milestones and workflow driven by objectives and defined timelines.
  • Mentor staff, provide performance feedback, and monitor workloads of the team.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats to our clients' technology infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to address their technology risk management challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and industry developments to ensure our clients receive the most effective and efficient solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management information systems, computer and information science, accounting, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience with IT risk management, external IT audit, internal IT audit, IT security, or other IT compliance-related work serving large global banking institutions.
  • Experience leading teams, mentoring staff, providing performance feedback, and monitoring workloads of the team.
  • Fundamental understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., FFIEC, SOX, COSO, COBIT, ITIL, ISO27001, PCI, HIPAA, and GLBA) and best practices and methodologies to address these requirements.
  • Relevant professional certification, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professionals (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and/or Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP).
