Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Direction: Provide leadership and direction to store managers and their teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Store Visits and Performance Assessment: Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and provide coaching to store managers.
  • Sales and Performance Goals: Set and monitor sales targets for the region and ensure stores meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained across all stores and address customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock levels.
  • Financial Management: Manage regional budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure stores are well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, coach, and train store management to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Performance Evaluations: Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to store managers.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement regional marketing strategies and ensure effective execution of promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Compliance: Ensure all stores comply with health, safety, and legal regulations and conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or foodservice management, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-unit management role.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and improve store performance.
  • Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the region (50% travel).
