Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Co-op to join our Talent team in Boston. As a Co-op, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects, collaborate with a diverse group of people, and dive into complex problems. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders on challenges related to the hiring, development, and/or engagement of Wayfair's workforce
  • Use creative skills to innovate and improve approaches to recruiting, learning, and/or performance management to build the best team
  • Use data and good judgment to inform decisions around hiring, learning offerings, and/or people policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with key partners and stakeholders such as business leaders, new hires, and managers
  • Exercise strong organizational and prioritization skills to deliver results and solutions to human capital challenges
Requirements
  • Current Sophomore or Junior student pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Communication, Psychology, HR or other relevant program with a 3.0 GPA minimum
  • Must be returning to the course of study following completion of the Co-op
  • Ability to commit to working 40 hours/week (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday) in our Boston office
  • You must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future
