Responsibilities- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders on challenges related to the hiring, development, and/or engagement of Wayfair's workforce
- Use creative skills to innovate and improve approaches to recruiting, learning, and/or performance management to build the best team
- Use data and good judgment to inform decisions around hiring, learning offerings, and/or people policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with key partners and stakeholders such as business leaders, new hires, and managers
- Exercise strong organizational and prioritization skills to deliver results and solutions to human capital challenges
- Current Sophomore or Junior student pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Communication, Psychology, HR or other relevant program with a 3.0 GPA minimum
- Must be returning to the course of study following completion of the Co-op
- Ability to commit to working 40 hours/week (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday) in our Boston office
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future
- A desire to win and drive collaboration cross functionally
- Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable learning data analysis tools
- Ability to hit the ground running - a confident self-starter
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
