Talent Acquisition Strategist

The Talent Acquisition Manager is a key player in our recruiterboom team, responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive recruiting program that attracts top talent to our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide expert consultation on effective recruitment and interviewing practices to management.
- Evaluate and enhance recruitment processes to optimize efficiency and provide a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive recruitment metrics and reports to track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead a team of recruiters to maximize all stages of the talent pipeline and achieve hiring targets.
- Proactively identify and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Manage a small requisition load as needed, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
- Foster positive candidate relationships through effective communication and engagement strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a high-volume environment.
- Some supervisory experience is required.
- Experience in developing strategy, driving process improvement, and effective partnering to lead critical business change.
- Ability to utilize critical and conceptual thinking with effective results in fast-paced and complex situations.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with excellent presentation skills.
- In-depth experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated report writing experience, leveraging data to drive results.
- Experience using social media for recruitment purposes.
- Working knowledge of state and federal employment/labor laws and practices.
