HR Generalist (Manufacturing Facility)

Our client, a leading global company, is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team in Danville, Virginia. As a member of the People and Culture Team, you will support talent management initiatives within their brand-new manufacturing/processing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal and external communications to attract and retain talent
  • Oversee an efficient onboarding/offboarding process
  • Ensure employees have access to effective training programs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience working in a start-up or smaller growing organization, ideally within a manufacturing plant
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a strong preference for blue-collar positions
