Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Superintendent to join our team at STRUCTURE RESOURCES LLC. This is a full-time, direct hire position with a base salary target in the $100K to $130K range, along with a comprehensive benefits package, per diem for travelers, annual bonus, vehicle allowance, and other health and savings benefits for individual and family care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned projects, including installation, performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction, within established time frames and quality work standards.
  • Schedule, participate in, and/or conduct project meetings, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to company guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Directly responsible for planning, preparing, and executing contract administration, project activities, and client relationships.
  • Lead and oversee multiple projects, consisting of on-site supervision of general superintendent, field supervisors, lead persons, crew leaders, journeypersons, apprentices, and/or helpers.
  • Ensure timely layout of project work, materials, tools, equipment, and information to meet scope and construction schedules.
  • Interact with branch manager, field manager, general superintendent, and Human Resources Department to ensure project success.
  • Review project documents, plans, and specifications, and direct construction activities, resolving construction difficulties, coordinating field installations, and project closings.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring project cost, time, and quality standards are met.
Requirements
  • High school/college graduate, holder of G.E.D., or equivalent studies/experience.
  • Previous management experience.
  • Meets job position requirements.
  • Organization skills.
  • High-level interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in communication skills.
  • Highly computer literate (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Forefront, etc.).
