Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients, and helping to drive business growth through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • People-oriented with a strong ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to problem-solve and think critically.
  • Able to learn computer functions and navigate software systems.
  • Pride in getting work done accurately and timely, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Provide timely and thorough activity reports to management.
  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain within 90 days of hire date).
  • Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education.
