ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a key contributor, you will engage with various departments across the organization to formulate and oversee the company's strategic and financial forecasts, encompassing profitability, losses, and resource allocation.
Your role will involve collaboration with diverse business units, Controllers, Corporate Treasury, and Risk Management teams to acquire the insights necessary for delivering essential analyses that project and predict financial outcomes. Our expertise enables us to implement strategic initiatives that enhance access to financial data for internal stakeholders, including firm and divisional leadership, in a more efficient and effective manner.

DIVISIONS AND FUNCTIONS
Controllers are instrumental in accurately assessing and reporting the profitability of the firm's intricate products, services, and global operations. Professionals in this area collaborate with various business sectors to gain the necessary knowledge for providing critical evaluations that ensure the accuracy of both internal and external financial data, fulfilling the financial control and reporting requirements of a global, regulated, and public financial entity. Responsibilities include profit and loss (P&L) reporting and analysis, independent valuation, capital assessment, and financial reporting. Candidates in this function typically possess analytical skills, demonstrate intellectual curiosity, and come from diverse educational backgrounds.
Risk Management focuses on effectively identifying, monitoring, evaluating, and managing the firm's financial and operational risks, including reputational risk, in alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Operating in a dynamic environment and utilizing a premier risk framework, Risk teams exhibit analytical curiosity, embrace challenges, and maintain a steadfast commitment to excellence.
