As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales of automotive repair services and tires, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a superior customer experience through strong sales presentations, product knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
  • First point of contact for customers on the phone and in the store, engaging customers, scheduling appointments, building trust, and presenting needed services.
  • Responsible for the organization and productivity of the service business through estimate and invoice transactions.
  • Assist in various aspects of customer care, work order completion, and register assistance, as well as facility maintenance and outside purchase ordering.
  • Follow all policies and procedures related to cash, credit, check, refund, and return policies.
  • Work with management to react to customer service issues, customer complaints, and business opportunities.
  • Partner with management to produce a safe and healthy work environment that complies with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain an organized and neat customer waiting area.
Requirements
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate all products and services offered by Monro.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
