Key Responsibilities- Provide a superior customer experience through strong sales presentations, product knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
- First point of contact for customers on the phone and in the store, engaging customers, scheduling appointments, building trust, and presenting needed services.

- Maintain an organized and neat customer waiting area.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate all products and services offered by Monro.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
