Job Description

Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Develop qualification and reliability data for leading edge Memory Devices.
  • Analyze qualification failures, reliability data and communicate results and corrective actions to various engineering groups.
  • Utilize and develop tools, generate scripts, or write code to analyze qualification failures, reliability data and communicate results and corrective actions to various engineering groups.
  • Build new Reliability test methodologies.
  • Comprehend new DRAM processes/technologies for product reliability issues.
  • Develop product reliability tests to assess new DRAM failure mechanisms.
  • Develop new test or reliability code.
Requirements:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Course work in VLSI, CMOS Circuits, Semiconductor Process or related fields.
  • Familiarity with Perl, C/C++, Python or HTML is a plus.
  • The ability to work in a diverse and fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and enthusiasm.
Education:
  • Must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
  • Cannot graduate before September 2024.
