Bristol-Myers Squibb is a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to discovering and developing innovative treatments for patients with serious diseases. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an undergraduate researcher in the Leads Discovery and Optimization (LDO) department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and optimize cellular assays, including nanoluciferase complementation and BRET-based biosensor assays.
  • Learn relevant automation technologies, including liquid handlers, acoustic transfers, and plate readers, to execute assays in a high-throughput format.
  • Gain an understanding of GPCR signaling and pharmacology in early drug discovery through hands-on lab-based work and critical reading of the scientific literature.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Rising college junior or senior working toward acquiring a BS in biology, biochemistry, or related field
  • Minimum 3 semesters of laboratory coursework
  • Prior experience in cell culture or cellular assays preferred but not necessary
